Yes, welcome to day number 3...let's see how much I didn't commit to my plan between last night and now:
- Went out and got chicken nuggets after work last night...oops
- Went to bed at 1 am...oops
- Woke up today at 9:30 am
I just have to keep thinking I can do this, I can do this! A few slip ups are bound to happen of course and I can't let the whole thing come tumbling down when those things happen. I think my biggest obstacle is being disciplined, and sure I could say, "I shouldn't be hard on myself" but all the goal I have chosen are easily obtainable.
So really what excuse do I have to give to not have a better life?
