30/60/90

No, that's not some strange nonexistent date! It's the new goal method I came up with today. It focuses on making goals at 30 day intervals: so smaller goals accomplished for the first 30 leading up to big goals to be completed by 90 days. So here are some that I came up with so far:

  1. Be in bed by 11:30pm
  2. Be out of bed by 7:30am
  3. Not eating snacks/samples at work
  4. Not eating after 8pm
  5. Lose 15 pounds
  6. Read every day, for at least ten minutes
I think that's good so far, I'll have to come up with goals for 60 days and 90 days, but I think I'm at a good start and so far.  This morning I got outside to walk by 8 and I even did a little bit of jogging and a quick sprint.  Just did a mile in total but it felt really good! (I think...).
